1. Delivery
Ordered products are normally send at the next business day of the order. Packages are shipped with Itella (Finnish post). Delivery time is depending of the place of order and may vary from two to eight days.

Purchase order is shipped with the package. Purchase order will act as receipt. In every order there is shipped with a return form. If you decide to return the product please fill out the return form and attach it to the package.

Delivery costs are dependend of the weight of the order
Delivery cost are added to the final price of order. Delivery cost can be monitored as soon as products are put into the shopping cart.
3. Payment methods
Customers outside Finland can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard. Payment is done at Luottokunta (finnish provider of credit card payments) server and no credit card information is saved to kauppahalli.eu servers. All credit card related information is handled with protected SSL-connection.
Finnish customers can pay with most common finnish bank web payments.

Kauppahalli.eu is constantly following the information about products on sale. How ever we are not liable if product information contains mistakes. We also keep right to change product information without further notice.

Guarentee is granted according finnish customer protection laws.
6. Returns
All products have a 14 day return right. Return right starts when customer gets the package. Return right applies to all products sold in kauppahalli.eu. If product is dameged by the handling of customer no fund returns are made. The product price is returned to customers account as soon as product is returned to kauppahalli.eu warehouse.
Product has to packed properly during return and the purchase order should be attached with the order.
